The base of the Unified People's Collective is located on the planet Yakiyah underneath one of the major libraries on the planet. Here members of the Collective can meet one another and hide away from the regime.
Accessing the Headquarters[]
The psychic librarian named Ortis is the one who screens newcomers. Once a potential recruit wants to get into the hideout, he comes up to the desk and asks the code question: "Where can I find books by Gal Kernels?" If the librarian doesn't sense anything fishy, they answer: "Yes, we moved some books recently. Check section 3-H". The section changes every day, and that's where an older member of UPC sits in waiting, pretending to read a book. After an inconspicuous amount of time the existing member stands up and leaves, and the newcomer follows them to the secret door.
Training grounds[]
In the training grounds you can see people of the UPC training for future skirmishes. Here we can also see the local Psi Ball clubs play eachother.
Council Room and Offices[]
Here is where the council members meet to debate the future of the UPC. Around them there are elevated Attendance Seats for the people to join in on the discussion. Connected to this room is the offices of councillors where concerned members of the UPC can meet their representative and express their thoughts.
Communications Center[]
In the communication centre is where people oft the UPC coordinate with people and other cells on the surface and out in the sector. And for members of the UPC to contact their family and loved ones.
Committee for Collective Security[]
The place of where outside intelligence is gathered and assembled.
Common Room[]
The area where members of the collective gather for relaxation, and retreat.
Barracks[]
Here does members of the UPC get assigned their own rooms so they can rest.
