Only known as "The Wolf Among Sheep", this Myth of the Blood Road is shrouded in mystery. a living legend amongst some. A fairy tale to others. Some believe him to be the famous champion Satou himself, and many others are simply searching for his true identity.
In truth he is a member of the 14 Red Dogs, working in human resources. He knows how to play a crowd and manipulate it. He and his subordinates look for talent on the Blood Road to use in illegal races. Not just on Hong Lu, but for the whole sector.
