The Ministry of Noble Virtue, often referred to simply as the Ministry, is one of four organizational spheres of the High Church of Messiah-as-Emperox. Today it serves as the organizational structure for Clergy assigned to liaising with the Nobility. It is their responsibility to make sure the needs of the Nobility are adequately met and are largely responsible for diplomatic relations with the Noble Houses of the Empire.

The Ministry was established during the Ascension of the High Church in 2217. As the establishing of the High Church was done largely to provide a spiritual backing for the status of the Nobility, the Ministry was a vital part of the Ascension. It is unknown how many Noble Houses existed at this time, although records indicate far more clergy assigned to the Ministry than in the Post-Scream Empire.
