The Jun Bloc is a non-hierarchical organization with the explicit goal of helping Synthetic Humans find a peaceful life away from the persecution of the Noble Houses. With the help of the Program of Community Outreach and 0xDEADC0DE of the Unified People's Collective, Jun Bloc members aid Synthetic Humans in building new lives in places where they are either accepted by society or where their Synthetic status is concealed.

To receive aid from the Jun Bloc, a person simply has to go to one of the Program of Community Outreach's storefronts or food shops and ask, "Is Jun here today?" The PCO member working at the establishment will use the response "No, but I'll let her know you're looking for her" to collect the requester's contact information, and pass that along to a Jun Bloc member to begin the extraction process.

Roles[]

The Jun Bloc operates by consensus for decisions affecting the group, but organizes in distributed cells in order to increase secrecy and, thus, safety. In order to accomplish their goal of helping Synthetic Humans, their members contribute in the following roles:

Cyber Guerilla[]

CyberComrades are hacktivists. They use their computer skills to help determine the credibility of requests to protect the collective and to create new identities for the Synthetic Human to use in their new life.

Mentor[]

Mentors are people with psychic ability and/or knowledge of House Serpens' test to identify Synthetic Humans. They work with Synthetic Humans who are moving to areas considered dangerous to Synthetics to teach them methods to evade detection and identification.

Chaperone[]

Chaperones are skilled in moving people from place to place undetected and often have broad cultural knowledge of the sectors in their operational area. They accompany the Synthetic Human to their new home and help prepare them for the life they will find there.

Notable Chaperones include Anne-Sofie Aslak, who also acts as the Jun Bloc's representative to the UPC.
