Natasha Young is a member of The 10 Vices, ruling council over the Red Light District in Hong Lu City.
Biography[]
Natasha is overly qualified, very ambitious, and eager to please the nobles however she can. Her job is best suited for logistics rather then PR however. She is always trying to be polite and nice to the nobles, no matter how rude they are being. And as she doesn't like to be treated like a doormat, she has her PR team in place to do the things she can't. Vice is Cowardice as she lacks the spine to confront people.
