Limmar Riley was a technician from A.C.R.E. She was a part of A.C.R.E.'s H.E.R.O. program. Used to be a soldier for House Aquila. She was injured and had cybernetic limbs.
Early Life[]
Limmar was originally a synthetic in the service of Lord Reyus Varnell. She served as his assistant, helping him with his affairs, books, and research, as well as helping him with his research. Her master was renowned for his research and development of new synthetic technologies.
As such, when war broke out, he was targeted by a special task force deployed by House Aquila. The entire household was slaughtered that night with the exception of Limmar. Amidst the fighting and wreckage that ensued, one of the building's many ornate statues fell on her, obscuring her from view, but also pinning her in place and crushing both of her arms. When she managed to free herself, she found herself in the smoking remains of what was once her master's lab. Her Lord and his people had taken out quite a few of the invaders, but there were no survivors.
Limmar found a soldier augmented with Trilliant prosthetics and used the small window of time available (and a little technical knowledge she had gleaned from her master) to fit these to her own person.
From there, she set about establishing a fake identity for herself as a House Aquila soldier. She enlisted in A.C.R.E.'s H.E.R.O. initiative and fast tracked her way into a middle management position in the R&D department where she oversaw the production of new and improved technologies to make every aspect of life easier. Her job saw her routinely dispatched 'into the field' to test out prototypes and analyse their performance, suggesting changes as needed, as well as reporting back on potential new applications.
