John Davelkolhn is a reporter for PRISM Network News, reporting mainly for their Citrine Yellow channel (culture/religion/art). His last several years have been spent on backwater Cabina, reporting on local and Repentant news, with stories rarely achieving any notice outside of the Cabina capital of Lux Gravare. Despite this undesired beat, John embraced his stranded circumstances, and over the years acquired an extensive rolodex of sources and informants willing to tip him off to any interesting stories.

With the sudden dissolution of The Church of Humanity, Repentant in 3200, backwater Cabina became front page news. John's nutured network of connections allowed him repeatedly publish scoops and articles whose timeliness and depth overshadowed those of his fellow Citrine Yellow reporters on Cabina, and for a time made him a household name across the sector.

Fellow PRISM reporter Cindy Crowcaw, beaten to the punch too many times, began to question whether John's work ethic and deadline-making abilities could truly be considered entirely above board or within the standard capabilities of a human being. In her series "WHO IS JOHN DAVELKOLHN?" she investigated rumors of his supposed real identity. Was he secretly Repentant? A synth? A cabal of reporters using a pen name? A sentient amalgamation of ramen noodles?

John Davelkolhn simply kept publishing articles and could not be reached for comment. His recent work can be found among the many articles listed in the SERAPH Founding Timeline.
