The Hroan Collective for Planetary Evacuation is a movement on Hroa advocating for a complete evacuation of the planet out of fear of a apocalyptic end of the planet. The group was Initially formed by scholars from the Academy in Sero'ak in 3120 and is known for collecting accounts of precognitive visions of the planets demise, however their practices was immediately rejected by fellow academics for not thoroughly verifying the psionic abilities of the witnesses. At the mockery of "Studying the nightmares of those who forgot to take their medication" the founders soon distanced themselves from the group but yet the group lives on all though primarily outside the academic circles these days.

The actual doom of Hroa is not known to the HCPE and the specific apocalypse at the centre of their arguments has varied through out the years after the founding of the collective.

In 3200 the interest in the group was rekindled and the group has held several rallies in Ophai this time with a new direct message calling for an immediate evacuation of both serfs and nobles living on Hroa. Key figures of these events have been connected to revolutionary groups with their home at Yakiyah.
