The Hong Lu Loyalty Brigade is a zealous cultural military group. They swear to protect all Hong Luans from the nobility that has treated them like garbage.
Creation[]
The first Loyalty Brigade was created by a general who fought alongside Tai Mihn himself. His own brother Bao Mihn. He declared that in order to save Hong Lu from the chaos, the People should take it upon themselves to enforce Tai Mihn’s will.
Quickly after the first actions against the gangs, parts of the revolutionary army and the citizens “joined” the brigade and started to fight off the gangs and other vermin. Many of the founding members of the Loyalty Brigade were notable war heroes of the Revolt and were basically set in the way of an independent and free Hong Lu.
Organization[]

The Loyalty Brigade has no structure to speak of because of its anarchical creation. While they use Tai Mihn’s teaching as a replacement for the Law, these beliefs are easily modified to fit their needs.
They run a planet-wide protection racket. This was created in quick succession during the defeat of Cygnus on Hong Lu. They have loyalty centers all around Hong Lu, where they gather and then allocate assets to press their agendas. Nobody is above paying a cut to these guys. They donate their profits to a humble charity organization and everyone is happy...?
The support structures of the Loyalty Brigade are as follows. Political Parties are forced to openly support them or get branded as traitors to Hong Lu. Gangs pay tithes to their operations to not get shut down by force or rival gangs backed by the Loyalty Brigade. They donate a cut of their monthly tithes to the 14 Red Dogs Society in fear of losing their support.
The 14 Red Dogs have members secretly overseeing the biggest groups in each district, collecting donations and pushing this force in the right direction. Making this whole chaotic law enforcement group a giant smokescreen for them.
Aesthetic[]
The Loyalty Brigade wear red fatigues, thanks to the Red Blossom fungus of the Neo Cardinâlis sector used in the dyes and other cheap materials used to mass produce the uniforms. They have army buzz cuts and individual squad patches.
