Felipe Vivero is the head of the Vivero Family. He is an authority figure in the Neo Cardinâlis sector and the owner of the Vivero Cardinâlis Incorporated.
Is working with Nicolas Yong, a Red Dog in order to bring back the former Neo Cardinâlis splendor with the Vivero 物业 corporation.
Biography[]
His father was Luciano Vivero, a successful business man who didn't hesitate to backstab his rivals with blackmail and threats. He owned a subcontractors maintenance group working for PRISM during the beginning of the Psiball League.
Felipe quickly learned the tricks of the trade and the many advantages of the black market. He sowed his professional network with powerful rich figures and other influencial organised crime people a few years before the Revolution.
When the Revolution started, he and his father seized a lot of opportunity to take down their rivals and absorb their business in their corporation. While the rise of the family’s economical power was bloody, it was disregarded by the population thanks to the massive donations to the Tai Minh Resistance, to the 14 Red Dogs but also for his help. After all, his rivals were probably traitors right ?
During the war, he was one of the most vocal allies of Tai Mihn in the corporate class. He used his network to smuggle all kinds of weapons, food and medical supplies.
Nowadays, the power of the Vivero Cardinâlis Incorporated allows him to rule over the Neo Cardinâlis sector. He can be a useful ally, but certainly a terrible ennemy to have.
