Orbiting the moon of Phio in the Alvero system, Cluny II is a venerable way station for pilgrims traveling to Andophael. Built by House Reticulum in 3026 and given to the High Church as a show of faith, the station houses facilities for tending to and refueling ships on pilgrimages throughout Acheron Rho, as well as lodgings and accommodations for weary travelers. The station also contains a large and frequently used chapel.
In recent years the station has begun to fall into a state of disrepair, and church officials have noticed a decline in travelers passing through the station. While the exact cause of these negative changes is unclear, popular opinion blames current station overseer Lector Leonardo Adebisi for the station’s decline. Lector Adebisi and a number of station officials have been accused of price gouging and other unfair practices aimed at pilgrims passing through the station.
