Nier 6[]
Nier 6 is a refueling station in geostationary orbit around Teuthem. Initially built by the Empire centuries ago, it serves as a refueling port for vessels going between the Imperial Belt and the Northern Reaches, and since then has been expanded to also serve as an inbound/outbound checkpoint for planetary landing. The Psychic Safety Institute perform the inspections to make sure no one afflicted with MES gets to the planet undetected. Nobles are easily able to bypass this system by simply stating if they, or any of their serfs, have MES. From there, they can choose to proceed to the planet anyway, and even grant their serf(s) exception.
The first expansion began in 2850, when the Shield of Light established control. The expansion provided the same essentials as a space station once it was completed in 2927, and gave plenty of room for the PSI to carry out their inspections. Some decades later, in 3001, PRISM integrated into the station, bringing with it infrastructure for planetary, asteroid, and space vessel communication. This was furthered upon in 3023, when PRISM also chose to expand Trilliant luxury/business lodgings for new reporters/VIP's in transit.

Some PRISM employees - usually members of Hard Light Analytics - have been known to discretely sell access to the UV "Ultra-Violent" broadcasting frequencies, which display Teuthem's underground tournaments and fight scenes, including Blackout Ring.
